Abstract

Overview

This memorandum documents the intellectual origins and evolution of the Quantageddon framework. It traces the observations that led to its formulation, the analytical process through which those observations were synthesized into a coherent framework, and the central realization that the challenge facing institutions may not be technological disruption alone — but the degradation of the digital trust upon which modern institutional life depends.

The Quantageddon framework did not emerge from a single insight. It emerged from the accumulation of observations across several distinct domains, each significant in isolation, but increasingly difficult to analyze in isolation as their interactions became apparent.

The Observations That Preceded the Framework
